This cosy 2-room apartment is located in the idyllic mountain village of Grainau and covers 62 sqm and offers space for 2 -3 persons!
The many small details make the apartment something special.

In the living room there is a rustic corner seat which invites you to socialize. Flat screen TV and stereo are available for your use. The small sofa can be converted additionally to a 3rd sleeping possibility.

From the bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed, and living room you have free access to the surrounding balcony, from which you can look out over the small pond in the spa gardens as well as the surrounding mountains.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove, dishwasher, microwave and oven. The bathroom has a shower, a make-up mirror and a hairdryer.

WLAN is free of charge!
It is a non-smoking apartment, dogs are not allowed.

For your car there is an outside parking space free of charge. Parking possibilities for bicycles are available!
Baby cot and high chair can be booked by arrangement!
