This vacation apartment not only impresses with its high-quality furnishings and location, but also with its 25 sqm roof terrace above the rooftops of Partenkirchen with a view of the Zugspitze massif. Enjoy every minute and start directly into the next vacation adventure. 

Via the short entrance area you reach the open and light-flooded living and dining area via the custom-made spiral staircase, which is laid out with wooden planks that are over 110 years old. Attention is paid to the kitchen island. The charm and incomparable style of the past has been combined with today's functionality to form a single unit. Here no wishes remain open! Ample space and comfort can be found on the two galleries, on one side the dining area, opposite the reclining lounge with views of the mountain peaks.

Between the two bedrooms is the spacious daylight bathroom with rain shower and toilet. A small but nice retreat with couch set and TV is located down a short descent. A guest toilet in front of the sleeping area adjoining completes the floor plan.

Living room ventilation creates a pleasant indoor climate throughout the house even in summer temperatures, while underfloor heating provides cozy warmth on cold days.

An ideal starting point to the mountain railroads, hiking trails, ski slopes, bike tours and the start of active vacations. Numerous cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. No parking spaces at the FeWo! Parking is available at € 25,- / week in the parking garage (2 minutes away)!
