The cozy and rustic furnished 2.5-room vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of a well-kept apartment building in direct forest edge location of Partenkirchen. Fantastic hiking trails start directly in front of the front door, the historic Ludwigstraße is within walking distance.

This apartment has a large living room with seating and separate dining area, a spacious sheep room with double bed and adjoining bathroom which is equipped with a bathtub as well as a shower device and toilet. In addition, the living room has a high-quality sofa bed which could be used, for example, by two children. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a hob and an oven, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg boiler and refrigerator with freezer function. Since the apartment is oriented in this way, you will have sunshine and unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains from early in the morning until late in the evening. If it gets too warm for you on the wrap-around balcony in high summer, you can find shade on the balcony located on the back side (accessible from the bedroom). The hallway offers enough space to store your belongings and you will find an additional guest toilet.

In the basement is another apartment for max. two people, which is equipped with a double bed and a small shower room with toilet. There are no parking problems here; the house is located in a pure residential street and an underground parking space for your car is available.
