The approx. 74 square meter vacation apartment is located in the attic (1st floor) of a well-kept 2-party house in a very central location of Garmisch. The lively pedestrian zone with stores and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. After a short entrance area with a small checkroom you enter the large living and dining room. From here you can access the southwest balcony, where in good weather you can look directly over the roofs of Garmisch away, to the Alpine panorama. The bedroom has a large double bed with enough storage space for your luggage. The adjoining bathroom offers a shower cabin with washing facilities and toilet. The second bedroom has a single bed and a small desk with a view of the Wank. The kitchen offers all the technical equipment you can expect. 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg boiler and refrigerator with freezer. An ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours, as well as for leisurely walks and excursions in the surrounding area.
