The approx. 95 square meter & family-friendly vacation apartment in direct proximity to several playgrounds, is located on the first floor of a recently opened apartment building in the new development area "Herzstück". The central location of Garmisch, the Marienplatz and the lively pedestrian zone can be reached with a few steps.

This apartment is divided as follows: open-plan living & dining area, a bedroom with double bed, a children's room with loft bed (and additional base with a third bed) with adjoining bathroom with tub / toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances. Through the entrance area you can directly access the elevator, which will take you to the associated underground parking space. The surrounding terrace with its own garden area not only invites you to a cozy get-together, but there is also an electric grill available here.
