The approx. 82 square meters large & family-friendly vacation apartment in direct proximity to several playgrounds, is located on the second floor of a well-kept and modern apartment building in the new development area "Herzstück".

This vacation apartment offers two bedrooms and is ideal for three people. Also a family with up to three children will be happy here. In the master bedroom there is a double bed with adjoining bathroom with shower / toilet. The children's room has a bunk bed (and additional substructure with a third bed) whereby here the second bathroom with tub / WC adjoins. Through the short hallway you reach the open living and dining area. A large dining table with six armchairs invites you to have breakfast or dinner together. From the sofa, in addition to the flat screen TV, you have direct access to the balcony, which also offers direct views of the ski jump to the Zugspitze from here with the comfortable balcony furniture.

The kitchen is modernly furnished and equipped with everything the chef's or cook's heart desires: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven with ceramic hob, enough kitchen utensils and dishes for everyone. A fine detail here is also the ceramic wok hob.

Particularly practical is the elevator, which brings guests from the underground garage including "bag and baggage" directly to the front door of the apartment. Therefore, an underground parking space is reserved for our vacation guests of the apartment "Zugspitzblick", so you do not have to worry about a parking space.

The central location offers short distances to stores and restaurants in the center as well as a direct connection to the bus and train network of the region. An ideal domicile for families with children.
