Why am I paying a spa fee in Farchant?

The spa fee is not a hidden tax or levy that goes into the general coffers of the community, but a contribution that is used entirely for facilities and services that will serve you and make your holiday more enjoyable. Among other things, the operation and maintenance of the following facilities is financed:

• Free use of the local buses

• Free travel with the RVO buses (line 9608 to Walchensee, line 9606 to Füssen, line 9622 to Linderhof)

• Summer hiking trails and cleared winter hiking trails

• benches

• Cross-country skiing track

• Guided hikes, concerts by the Farchant music band, forest festivals and many other events

• We charge per night and person:

• from the 16th birthday 1,50 Euro

• from the 6th birthday 0,75 Euro

• for severely handicapped persons with ID from 80 % 0,75 Euro

• for severely handicapped persons with identification of 100 % exempted from the spa fee

• Accompanying persons of disabled persons (entered in the identity card) pay nothing.
